Your first week with Sage Haven

Download the parent app

Search "Sage Haven" on the App Store or Google Play and install it on your phone. Create your parent account — takes about 2 minutes.

Install the companion app on each child's device

Download the Sage Haven Companion app on your child's phone or tablet. The parent app will guide you through linking the devices.

Create child profiles

Add each child's name and age. Sage Haven automatically sets age-appropriate defaults — you can customize from there or leave the defaults running.

Review and adjust your settings

Take 5 minutes to check the screen time schedule and content filter settings. They're ready out of the box, but you can fine-tune anything.

You're done — Sage Haven runs in the background

No daily management. Your first weekly digest arrives seven days in. Check it, adjust if needed, and let Sage Haven do the rest.

Common setup questions

No router changes needed. Unlike Circle and some other services, Sage Haven works entirely through apps installed on each device. No network configuration, no hardware purchase.
On iOS, you can use Screen Time restrictions to prevent app deletion. On Android, Sage Haven uses device admin permissions that require your parent account password to remove. You'll also get an alert if anyone attempts to uninstall it.
Yes. Screen time limits and content filters apply regardless of whether your child is on Wi-Fi or cellular data. The controls travel with the device.
